These policies need the business’s final review before orders and bookings open to the public.

Orders and delivery

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. We deliver within New Zealand only. Flat shipping is shown before payment. Each Set is handmade to order using the Design, shape, length and Nail Sizes you confirm. The Design’s lead time is shown before purchase; delivery time is additional.

Nail Sizes and fit

Follow the Sizing Guide and check all ten Nail Sizes before paying. Widths between sizes round up to the next whole millimetre. For widths outside 9–18 mm, contact Jade before ordering. A Size Preset applies its listed measurements; it is not a guarantee of fit. Contact us promptly if you entered incorrect sizes.

Order changes and refunds

Contact Jade to request cancellation or size changes before production starts. Once production starts, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds; discretionary remakes can be discussed. If a Set is faulty or does not match your Order, contact us so we can work out an appropriate remedy.

Gel Sessions and Deposits

Paying the Deposit confirms your Booking. It comes off the total price, with the balance payable in person. Your confirmation includes the session address. You can cancel or reschedule through your Booking link at least 48 hours before the start: the Deposit is refunded for cancellation or moved with the Booking. Inside 48 hours the Deposit is forfeited unless an Admin agrees otherwise; contact Jade to discuss your situation.

Your consumer rights

These terms do not limit rights or remedies under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer law. Change-of-mind rules do not remove remedies for faulty goods or services. See Consumer Protection’s guide and its change-of-mind guidance.
